PEC Series Activated Carbon Cartridges
The PEC
Series Activated Carbon Cartridges are a premium performing line
specifically designed for electroplating solutions. They represent the
best technology available to us along with over nine years'
manufacturing experience with electroplating filter cartridges.
The PEC Series is characterized in appearance by a distinctive gold
colored outer netting, contains no cellulose and can be considered as
sulfur-free. This series is the ideal choice for either continuous or
batch treating acid copper sulfate solutions in particular but also are
the uncompromising choice when one cartridge type is desired for all
applications.

Sulfur-Free, Dust-Free Activated Carbon is also sold by Summit in 50lb boxes.
Carbo-Klear Carbon Cartridges
Contain 6,
12, 18, 35, or 50 pounds of pure, washed, dust-free, sulfur-free,
activated fine carbon granules, in a sealed, disposable polypropylene
cartridge.
Absorption of organic impurities is maximized by CARBO-KLEAR carbon
cartridges' unique and exclusive design. Their side walls are
impermeable, so that all solution flowing in through the bottom mesh is
channeled through the carbon equally, exiting through the top mesh to
the process tank. There can be no by-passing of the carbon, as the
ordinary all-mesh bags. An estimated 1 part of solution to 100 parts of
carbon is the flow-through ratio. This explains the fantastic efficiency
of CARBO-KLEAR, since this ratio is much greater than even batch carbon
treating procedures.
